Hayden Panettiere is a Hollywood Hero


Hayden Panettiere glitters on the red carpet in a gold mini dress by Ports 1961 at the Hollywood Legacy Awards XI honoring the cast of Heroes at the Esquire House in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

The 19-year-old actress was joined by fellow Heroes Greg Grunberg and Jack Coleman. In the next episode of NBC drama, Hayden will reunite with good friend and on-screen foe Kristen Bell. Elle (Kristen Bell) returns with a shock for Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and her family.

Hayden Panettiere Takes a Short Call

Hayden Panettiere takes a phone call after getting dropped off at a production studio in Van Nuys, CA on Monday (March 23).

This summer, the 19-year-old actress stars in a Christopher Columbus romantic comedy, I Love You, Beth Cooper. The movie is about a nerdy high school valedictorian that confesses his love in his graduation speech to the hottest cheerleader (no surprise) played by Panettiere.

Hayden Panettiere's Jewelries Stolen From Her Home

Hayden Panettiere has had $15,000 of jewelry stolen. She reportedly returned from a trip to Australia last week and discovered someone had entered into her Los Angeles home and stole the items.

According to gossip website TMZ, there were no signs of forced entry and several people had been seen going in and out of the property in her absence.

Despite the theft, 19-year-old Hayden - who is single after recently splitting from her co-star Milo Ventimiglia - will have no problem raising the cash to buy some new accessories.

She was recently criticized after Australian fans were charged $50 to have their picture taken with her, with a further $40 if they wanted autographs.

Hayden - who was surrounded by security guards to ensure no one took any unauthorized photographs - also refused to give interviews at the Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Melbourne, but a spokesperson for the event insisted: "She was there for the fans, not the media."

A few days earlier, the actress reportedly ignored autograph hunters who had waited for hours in the rain to speak to her as she left a restaurant in Sydney.

Rumor has it that Hayden Panettiere recently sang for the producers of Footloose - Kevin Ortega's remake of the classic 80's film staring Kevin Bacon. Word on the street is that the new film will be a full-blown musical and Chase Crawford will be staring as Ren McCormack (originally played by Kevin Bacon). Could this be what HP was up to earlier today when she was spotted in Malibu holding what appeared to be a script?

(Note: There are several pictures of her in Malibu today with the "script" but I'm not going to post them here because I loathe paparazzi pictures. It's one thing to text or Twitter if you see a celebrity out and about but hounding them with cameras is rude, and often dangerous.)
